Olga Katzenelson — Conflict Management Consultant
Sometimes the hardest problems at work aren’t technical. A merger that looks finished on paper. A team that keeps having the same argument. A strong employee nobody can reach anymore. A job you used to like that now takes everything you have.
I look at what keeps people stuck at work — and what can actually be changed.
For companies
Tech companies bring me in when people dynamics start costing them delivery:
- post-M&A integration that stalls across teams and sites
- conflict inside R&D teams or between managers
- neuroinclusion: adapting working conditions for neurodivergent employees, including people with ADHD or on the autism spectrum
- workplace integration of employees returning to work after PTSD or military trauma
The goal isn’t harmony for its own sake. It’s to stop fighting the same friction on repeat, protect delivery and keep good people.
For people
When work has become hard — a conflict with your manager or a colleague, the feeling that nobody hears you, mornings when you have to drag yourself in — we figure out what is really going on and what to do next. Sometimes you need to have the conversation you’ve been avoiding. Sometimes you need to stop having the same one every week. And sometimes the job itself needs to change.
Background

Almost 20 years in tech, 10 of them in leadership. Director of Architecture at Playtika, leading 200+ engineers across several sites. VP R&D at FINCOM, where I built the R&D organization from zero. I know these conflicts from the side of the person accountable for the results.

Not sure how to describe the problem? That’s fine. “Something is stuck between these people” is enough to start.
