When Work Gets Hard: One-on-One Help with Workplace Conflict
I work with people who are having a hard time at work: a conflict with a manager or a colleague, the feeling that nobody hears or values you, a job that used to be fine — or even loved — and now takes all your energy. Together we figure out what is actually going on and what to do about it.
What does it look like when work becomes too much?
The same conversation with your manager keeps going wrong in the same place. You’re criticized, overlooked, or slowly pushed out of the team. Or you simply realize you can’t go on like this.
From the inside, it’s very hard to see what’s happening and what exactly needs to change. That’s the part we do together.
How do we work?
We look at your situation as it is: your relationship with your manager, your colleagues, the team. We look at what you want from the situation, what you can influence, and what choices you actually have.
We start with one to three focused sessions, depending on the situation. The focus is on your work as it is now.
Is this therapy?
No. I don’t diagnose anyone or provide therapy, and we don’t go back into your childhood. We focus on what’s happening at work right now, how you see the situation, and what you can do next. If you need therapy or medical care, this is not a replacement for it.
What changes?
You stop going in circles. Maybe you finally have the conversation you’ve been avoiding. Maybe you find a way to stay without fighting the same battle every week. Or you realize that leaving is the right decision.
The goal is that work stops running your emotional state — and that you know what your next step is.
Background

I spent almost 20 years in tech, 10 of them managing teams. I’ve been on both sides of the table, so I know what these situations look like from the manager’s side too.
How to start
Write to me and describe what’s going on in a few sentences. It doesn’t have to be organized. “I want to sort out what’s happening at work” is enough.
